If you’re looking to take your voice to the next level and would like to study with me, I’m happy to teach you. I’ve been teaching people how to sing now for over ten years. I teach any singing style you’re into and I’ve taught students from ages 7 – 70. Topics of lessons will be heavily tailored to your specific request or issue/s but I cover everything from chest, mix and head voice, compression, distortion, screaming, warming up and down, vowels and vowel modification, proper support and tension issues. Lessons will be conducted online over zoom but if you’re located near Nashville, TN, I’m happy to teach you in person.

About Me

Sterling R Jackson is a musician, song writer, vocalist, recording engineer, composer, content creator and podcaster. Amongst personal covers he writes, plays and records all the music for the band Phyllotaxis. He’s also the vocalist for the band Vagus Nerve. In 2018 he released a side-project called COSM that was the collective effort of himself and a writing partner. He’s currently releasing various cover music and writing new material with drummer Ben Anderson from Nothing More for a side project called “Without Sleep”.
